First book I read by this author (even though its second in a series). A pleasant surprise. A quick read with paranormal (demons and selkies) but light romance as well. Not as funny as Lynsay Sands but enjoyable and I plan to read others by her.

This book is a direct follow-up to the first book in the Children of the Sea trilogy, "Sea Witch". This is Dylan and Regina's story. I actually thought it was a more exciting read than the first book, and more satisfying, as more of the back story concerning the mer people is revealed.
loved this one..seems like one by one, the selkies and finfolk are reaching out to humans to make sure the species survive! Good reading!
After reading the first book in this series, I started reading this one with low expectations which were aptly met. I still found most of the characters annoying but I kept reading because I wanted to see what was going to happen with the selkie people. I was grateful that it wsa a quick read.
liked this book can't wait for the other one I need to read. Love Virginia's books!
