The project in this book that is my favorite is a soft nativity that is perfect for small hands, and reminds me of one my mother made for me and my siblings the year I was born. Easy to follow directions and requires very little fabric, just scraps.

Foose is one of my favorite craft authors. I liked this book for many reasons. One the beautiful color photos of the projects that helped me really see the end product. Also the clear and easy instructions. The versitility and creativeness of the ideas greatly impress me. I also like the fact that the projects can be made from material scraps that those of us who love to sew tend to have a lot of. I liked that these can wonderful homemade gifts for other times of the year too. A great book!
