If you believe your children need to respect all authority, this may not be the book for them (although some of us may try to sneak it to them behind your back). It's a great read aloud for many ages.
Fun book. It kind of reminds me of my 1st grade class this year (I even have a female Sparky). One actually fell asleep while I was reading it to them, though.
