I bought this because of Sabrina Jeffries. This book has 4 short stories based on The School For Heiresses series. Although I enjoyed the stories, I felt they were too short to do the heroines any justice. I do prefer full length novels to short stories, but wanted to see how these fitted in with the full length books in the series that I have read. Ideal to read if you are short of time.
An excellent anthology based on Jeffries's School for Heiresses series!
A combination of stories written with The School of Heiress theme.
Anthology in the "School for Heiresses" series. Writers are Sabrina Jeffries, Liz Carlyle, Julia London, and Renee Bernard. Loved all the stories.
Four great stories
Four short novellas about school for heiresses and the personally tailored lessons the the headmistress and founder sents them home with for the holidays.
I enjoyed this book, four great authors in one book.

This is a book of four short stories....all are light and easy reads. I found Renee Bernard's story to be hysterical, but all were good reads. Nice little romantic stories and would definitely recommend to others who like romance.
This book is four stories about Heiresses, and the lucky men to catch them.Or more to the point the men they catch. A very interesting read all the way through.
great stories
Enoyable . . . particularly Sabrina Jeffries contribution.
4 quick easy reads with likable characters
The only story I read in this anthology is "Ten Reasons to Stay" by Sabrina Jeffries.
Colin Hunt, the new Earl of Montieth, catches a thief in the process of stealing one of his horses. He is surprised when the thief turns out to be Eliza Crenshawe, a student from Mrs. Harris' School for Young Ladies. Eliza was visiting her drunken uncle for the holidays when she was told that she would marry an older neighbor the next day. Not wanting to marry, Eliza runs away and tries to find transportation back to London. Colin doesn't believe her outlandish story, but finds her fascinating, especially when Eliza wants to make a bargain...In exchange for helping her escape, she'll give Colin a night of pleasure he will never forget.
This story is 91 pages and suffers from being way too short. Colin and Eliza meet late one night and find insta-love within 24 hours. My rating: 2 Stars.

Wonderful stories! Nicely written and very fun.
I love anthologies and these are some of my favorite authors. Not as thrilled with a couple of the stories as I would have imagined, but still an enjoyable read with good romance.
At the School for Heiresses, the lessons go far beyond etiquette and needlepoint. In addition to teaching her students how to avoid fortune hunters, headmistress and founder Charlotte Harris proposes the radical notion that women of means need not shackle themselves to men at all -- unless they find a suitable, desirable mate.
This book has four different stories all about the School for Heiresses. Authors Sabrina Jeffries, Liz Carlyle, Julia London, and Renee Bernard.
