I don't usually like books like this but Matthew Reilly writes an exciting, on the edge of your seat, engrossing, thrilling ride, about a team of 'commandos' with Scarecrow as their leader and these books are full of action of all kinds, page by page there is always a confrontation of some kind, fighting, missles, machine guns, even enraged animals of some kind (read Hell Island), and the descriptions are so vivid you feel like you're sitting in a movie theater watching it on a big screen that's how well written these books are.
