Earth 2150. Story about a guy who works for the government (Brother Sammy) , reviewing future funding projects throught something called SCAPESCOPE. Then one day he looks into the future and sees himself as a criminal on the run, wanted for treason against Brother Sammy. He's now on the run trying to change a future that scapescope says is inevitable.
