A tragic accident took everything that mattered to Rome Mattews -- his wife, Diana, and their two little boys. And it robbed Sarah Harper of her best friend. In the two years since the tragedy, Sarah has wanted to reach out to Rome, but she knew she needed to stay away, guarding the secret she had kept from him and Diana all those years -- that she was in love with her best friend's husband.

But now Rome needs her. And though another woman will hold his heart forever, Sarah agrees to be his wife, knowing that everything has a price, including love. Then something totally unexpected rekindles her hidden hope that a marriage of convenience will become a union of love. Now it all comes down to her husband. Will Rome keep fighting his own growing need for a woman who dares him to believe there are second chances in life . . . or will he give in to the power of love and miracles?

Sarah's Child is one of my all time favorites. I feel it takes a special some one to fully understand this Read. I L@@k at this powerful Read as a walking talking movie point blank. A Love story that will forever go down in history as being thought provoking, farthermore I feel a vast number of folk will forever have their God-given opinion, therefore have an ongoing discussions ,debates, like & dislike the book. I see Sarah's Child as being an ageless classic with some refreshing writing. It's l@@king inside or at something we dont like seeing of human nature that fleshed out ,whether Its a tortured soul that simply says I'AM HUMAN filled with very many faults I hurt, am affected by circumstances in my life how do I deal with it ,why is this happening to me Im scared as well. I must say I extremely enjoy how Love play in this Read. Linda Howard gives us a picturesque window or an lQQking glass of sorts too vividly see the story unfold. In order to Read this book U must Read it with an OPEN MIND. This book is not political correct, its in UR face some of lifes realities, either U like it or U dont. I chose to make it apart of my cherished collectibles..!.O
