Short stories and poems that feature San Francisco as its backdrop by various writers. I really enjoyed most of the stories. Especially the ones featuring the history of the city - which took place anytime between the early 1900s to today. It was like taking a walk back in time and riding the ferry between SF and Oakland before the bridge was built, walking the streets during the earthquake, to the murder at city hall of Moscone and Milk.

If you appreciate the history of SF, then you'll enjoy this book.
