This is a timeless and fantastic little book with 25 great bike rides on the Peninsula of San Fran. I know they are great because I lived in Portola Valley for 8 years! It is put together well: region,ride rating, riding time, total distance, total elevation gain, calories burned and type of bike. There are 9 rides for Mountain Bikes incorporated into the 25 for the road bikes. I like that they provide easy, moderate and difficult rides. These rides take you throughs some of the most breathtaking areas up in the Sant Cruz Mountains and then fun and adventurous rides around the Golden Gate Park. Fun!
