In Singapore Jack Flowers is the "rogue's rogue". He is the man to see to arrange anything - anything at all. Paul Theroux writes a mystery thriller that is as funny as it is suspenseful.

Variously a sailor, a ship's chandler, hustler, and benevelent con artist. Jack is able to offer vistors anything you want, anything at all. A witty, subtle, often mocking self-portrait of a memorable rogue.
