I didn't enjoy this one. First off, I didn't know anyone could abuse the use of the word "frazzled" but after the tenth time I was told your customers are "frazzled" I became "frazzled" myself. I guess I was hoping for factual support to this claim (some statistic from a study). I don't think all customers are "frazzled". Busy, disinterested, stuck in their ways, understaffed, etc...would be the obstacles to getting a sale with some clients. She described a hypothetical problem more than an actual solution. Bottom line: there are better books on selling more effectively. I won't look at this one again.
