I really like this. Most of what he says is common sense, on the surface, but he goes farther than the usual advice about how to get along with people. I'm not exactly sure how to describe it because some of it is pretty subtle, like how to fit in with coworkers so they don't think that you are a snob but without compromising your principles (for example, gossiping). The edition I got is British, so some of the details are a little different. Some of those are kind of funny because customs are sometimes so different.
