I have to say first that I really enjoyed this trilogy.
All books were fast paced and very engaging.
Now, after finishing this one it occurred to me that it is very similar to HP. Hang on, don't get me wrong, I loved HP and I really like this series but there were a lot of things the same. I won't go into them because you will notice them yourself.
I didn't like the ending until I read the authors notes at the end explaining the reason for the loss of power. I feel better about it now.

I read all three of the books. Most trilogy stories lag at the beginning of the third. Not these. The story got better as I read.
