Very complex and fragmented, yet simple. This book has no chapters, and many stories, all intertwined together. The final paragraph ties it all together to a surprisingly nice and tidy ending, in such a way that reminds me of the twisting end of "Life of Pi" but without the jarring effect of the reality. The ending fits, though it takes a few moments to understand how well it all fits together.

An important thing to remember is that this book is written in the Queens English, not American English. It can throw you once in a while when they use British spellings and such.
