Although the first couple chapters are dense with detail and characters, the reader is rewarded for perseverance by a fast-paced and powerful tale that will keep the reader up past bedtime!
Total mind-candy, but entertaining read. It has a very surprising plot twist, mid-way through that I won't give away.
Totally entertaining, read fairly quickly...not as long as her previous books(Once A Rake and My Wicked Pirate). The end sugests there might be a second book...I would love to hear the new adventures of Michael and Renee, while they look for and rescue Emiliano.
i was excited to read this book but i had a hard time getting totally in to it. there were parts of the book where i couldn't stop reading and then others where i could not bring myself to continue reading. i stopped reading 50 pages before the end because i felt that it was pointless to continue reading when the end was so obvious. it was a good idea but the excecute poorly
