Rough, Raw & Ready was fantastic! Right from the beginning, I was drawn to the relationship between Chassie, Trevor and Edgard. It was a very sweet and touching romance. It was easy to see the affection between Chassie & Trevor, the affection between Trevor and Edgard and the growing affection between Chassie and Edgard. I loved how Chassie handled the potential wrench thrown into her marriage. She was appropriately shocked and horrified. I thought she did a great job trying to come to terms with Trevor and Edgard without being judgmental. I couldn't imagine finding out that my husband had a sexual relationship with another man and knowing that he still harbored feelings for that man. Even though Trevor and Edgard were together first, they did nothing to exclude Chassie or make her feel like the third wheel. Chassie's understanding of Trevor and Edgard was a sight to behold. I think the author did a great job with the emotional aspects of this story and this was the best one yet.

Great Story, hot, kinky, and steamy sex. I have enjoyed all of the Rough Rider series, couldn't put any of them down. Trevor was a sexy cowboy in the first book. [The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they all three ended up together in the end even though Edgar was gay. I didn't buy that it was going to work, not my cup of tea. Those Rough Riders are something to behold! This story had me questioning my own ideas of what is love and why one love can complement existing relationship and another love might tear it apart. This book had so many intense sex scenes I had to set it down just to catch my breath. If only those rodeo cowboys would leave Wyoming! Solid Recommendation.

Wow! One of the best cowboy smutty stories I've read. This is not for the fainthearted. This is a pretty explicit story that continues the m/m described in The Long Hard Ride. There is also m/f and m/m/f. The m/m/f is some of the best I've read. Again..wow!
I don't know if I believed the resolution in this book. It's a lot to ask someone to accept. Hands down this is one of my favorite Lorelei James books and it's a keeper.
