What a shocker--this is the first Reed's version of Jesse Stone that I've given a good rating for, I still think he needs to sharpen the Stone character back to the smart remarks police chief but maybe this is a start
It's the kind of story I usually wouldn't like but I think Reed did a good job of telling this story, I think it is overly long and that might be because he seemed to think he needed to repeat over and over about the AA meetings, having a drinking problem, his divorce and just things that he didn't need to dwell as we already know the Jesse Stone life story
Hopefully Reed can sharpen the series up again
