With the first book, I was in love. With the 2nd book, I was still in love but not as much. With the third, I am out of love and glad this relationship is over. I really wanted to be blown away by this series but was not. This last book just didn't hold a candle to all that the first book promised.
First off, this series would have been better if all read together. By the time the 3rd book came out, I couldn't remember all of the characters and who was who. This last book did very little to help remind me. The other problem was it just wasn't that exciting. You have them chatting about battle plans for what seems like forever and then when the battle happens, it is over with before you know it. Then the same thing happens, then yet again. The last battle was probably the best and did hold my attention a bit better. The ending was satisfactory. I really think a big chunk of this book could've been removed and made it much better. The whole series could've been better.

Very well written but very repetitive. Not her best.
