I did not read all of this book. It did capture my attention but it was just not my cup of tea.

An innovative and useful way of looking at emotions - simply as information. Horses can sense what we're feeling even when we are not consciously aware of it. In fact, when we have feelings that we're hiding or trying to avoid, horses get very nervous in dealing with us. They are like bio-feedback machines that mirror our state of mind (and heart), and this can lead us toward more clarity and understanding of ourselves and our relationships. Their reactions are instantaneous and accurate, and their perceptions can be profound.
