My biggest complaint about this series of books is where the publisher decide to split the second and third book. Be sure you have 3 waiting before you finish 2. Other than that, I love this series and have reread it several times.
I read this book/series soon after it was published, and 30+ years later, I still remember it fondly - as a favorite.
