Great day by day yoga exercise book!
Title is self-descriptive. Book is in excellent shape, barely used.
Great Book! Even if you have no experience whatsoever. This book walks you through the postures and never pushes you too far. I would recommend this book highly to anyone who is interested in learning yoga!

A very easy book to follow with tons of photo illustrations. A single simple exercise plan which requires a minimum of effort. A great way to get rid of tension.
