For all of us who have worked our own version of "RETAIL HELL"...Freeman Hall has put it down on paper for all to see:) and i am sure that we all have a version of each story he tells. This had me crying in my bus seat as i recognized each of his "customers". Two thumbs up!

Good book, fun read. Anyone who has worked retail will relate to the profiles of the women shoppers he creates. The only thing that would have made the book more enjoyable (for me personally) was a lot less use of his "colorful" language. Consider this your warning - if you are sensative to profanity, don't read this book. Obviously, his editors didn't invoke any type of sensorship on his language.

For anyone who has worked in retail... it is more fun to read about someone elses retail stories. These were funny and a fun book. Not a serious/heavy book at all.

If you want to read about someone bitching because they had to walk up several flights of stairs to get to work...for 50 whole pages...this is the book for you.
