Mark Buchanan writes in a calm and dreamy fashion which is very suitable for a book about resting with God. A very important message for the American "go go go" type of people. Mark makes a good point that either you choose to rest or you collapse. It is better to choose God's rest than run ragged and be crippled. Many people are crippled and should read this book. The amazing truth is that God commands us to rest in Him and when we don't it is actually sin. Obey God and rest.
