Okay, I stand corrected. In my review on A Flight of Fancy, which is the previous book in this series, I stated that I didnt like Honore. I am pleased to say that, after reading her story in this book, I changed my mind. In fact, she is my favorite of the three sisters. Honore was a strong woman who had made mistakes, but was trying to learn from them and live her life better. Her mistakes humbled her. I would have loved to be friends with her. She had a good heart and genuinely cared about others around her, even when they hurt her.

I also could not let a review pass by without talking about Lord Ashmoor. He was just the kind of hero that I would like to see with my new friend Honore. He was trying to do what was best for his family but couldnt hold out against his growing feelings for Honore. He was kind and considerate. He valued his family and his friends. He had a strength of character that was a good match for the type of woman that Honore was.

This is the third book in The Daughters of Bainbridge series. This book is a standalone book, but I would recommend reading the other ones first because there are references to Honore in them that some may consider a little bit of a spoiler.
