This book is well written and very "real life". The author shares personal stories and his experience with the topic is helpful. A quote from the book, "With thirty years of experience in ministry, Doug Fields is currently a teaching pastor at Saddleback Community Church in Mission Viejo, CA, where he has been on staff since 1992." That certainly is demonstrated through his writing. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to develop a connection with God or wants to share that concept with someone else. A bonus is that the book is small enough to easily take along with you, ie. tuck into a purse, small backpack or glove box, if desired.
