All of Saintcrows book covers now look the same, so I didn't know if I'd read this one or not until I looked inside for the publication date. This 3rd book of her recent series, about Jill Kismet who is a badass hunter with a mark on her wrist that gives her super powers...is packed full of violence, werewolves, hellbreeds and demons. No sex, she misses her husband throughout the story, which is exhausting because she seldome gets to eat, sleep or relax. I like Saintcrows unique characters, (and missed the sex), but this book had too much gratuitous violence, and an earth I wouldn't want to live in, so I probably won't read it again.
