Third in the Izzy series, good read. Although I did lose a little interest when they traveled to Italy (no fault to the book, just me). The rest of the book was as entertaining as the other 2. Izzy is becoming 1 of my fav characters in fiction~

Huge fan of Laura Caldwell!

Izzy finds herself without a job and without a boyfriend and convinces her long time friend, Maggie, that they should take a trip to Rome. At the same time, Izzy starts to suspect that her father is not actually dead but has been in hidding for 20 years. She goes to Rome to find her aunt to ask questions about her family and in particular, the strange death of her Grandfather, Grandmother, and her father. The book is definitely a page turned and could stand alone or as one of the 3 books involving the characters, Izzy McNeil and friends.

#3 in the Izzy McNeil series - Izzy takes the action overseas to Italy. A great read, although I didn't like this one as much as I liked the first two. Still, I am hoping that there is a #4 in the works so I can see what Izzy and the gang are up to next!!

I've enjoyed this series and I did enjoy this book, but it wasn't one of my favorites. I think I liked book 1 the best. This one was still suspenseful and mysterious, but the story did start to drag a bit. However, it wasn't enough to make me stop reading and by the end of the book, I was glad I didn't give up on it!
