Being a fan of Rupert Everett I was anticipating reading this autobiography a great deal. Unfortunately, it is a meandering bit of a mess. Names of famous, nearly famous, and who the heck is this person are scattered throughout with anecdotes of some adventure, a passing fancy, a work related incident attached. There is a woe is me attitude throughout the book which makes it dreary and gets very old after a while. Overall, there is an extremely impersonal tone to what is labeled an autobiography. I was sorely disappointed.

I was really dissapointed by his book. I believe the previous poster said it best: it is a meandering mess of a book, and it's a bit darker than I thought it would be. It starts out DETAILING his childhood, teen years, and I couldn't get past that. Some of the pictures in the middle were cool, but that was the extent of any excitement I could get out of the book.
