"Red Carpet Rose" is the first collection which contains comics not exclusively written and drawn by Pat Brady, our beloved Rose artist. In fact, the comics in this collection are all signed by the new artist, Don Wimmer, and not by Pat Brady at all. In my opinion, Wimmer, while a talented artist himself, is not able to convey the subtle charm and irresistable humor of Pat Brady's characters. As I said, this is the first Rose collection not exclusively written by Brady, and it is the first Rose collection to disappoint. Simply not as good as our old time Rose is Rose.
