Wren was shot and killed and has come back to "life" and is now semi human or a Reboot. She is living in the Rosa facility and a new group of Reboots have arrived and as she was dead a long time she is a trainer and must help train the incoming group. Her decision to train a lower number sets her on an adventure where she ends up in a place she never thought she would have ever seen.

It was easy to fall in love with Wren and want to join her on her journey and also learn about her complicated past. The author did a fantastic job of world building while keeping the characters moving at the same time, she didn't fail either aspect of the book.

Reboot rocked!! I love a book with a strong female lead character in a dystopian world. Wren 178 is one of those types of characters. In this book a reboot is someone who dies and then wakes (reboots) again. These reboots are taken away by HARC and trained to be lethal soldiers. They say that the longer it takes to wake up the less human you will be after you reboot and the easier it is for them to do what HARC wants them to do. Wren woke up 178 minutes after she died and is considered to be one of her training facilities toughest reboot. Wren is a trainer to other reboots and when a bunch of new recruits come into the facility she decided to train one of the most difficult rebooters, Callum 22. Callum 22 is as close to human as anyone can get. He just doesn't have it in him to be what HARC wants him to be. Callum wins over Wren and they eventually escape because the Facility wants her to eliminate Callum.

Now Wren and Callum are on the run with other rebooters. I can't wait to read the continuing story in the next book.
