I just love this series! This book had some great humor that made me laugh. It makes me wish I had lived back then. Even with all the trials and hard work, people helped one another and shared in the work. Love this series!

Part of the overall Red River Series. These are best books I have read in a long time. Inspirational reading with an excellent story. Lauraine Snelling's books ahve been recommeneded by Sons of Norway, I am glad they turned me on to her work. LOVE it.
