I sold my house earlier this year and "staged" it according to what the writer suggested. My realtor said that all her colleagues wanted to know who I used (as in a professional stager)! I said, "I just read a book!" Great book with great information.

The ideas in this book will help you sell your home. Everything from free to professional improvements is included. The book is nicely organized with lots of pictures.
I'm not much an interior decorator so I did need a lot of help. His writing style was very friendly. He doesn't suggest crazy things like you see on TV...renting furniture or other expensive but not necessary changes.
