Sick, sick book. I couldn't get past the first few chapters. An adult woman seduces an adolescent boy. If this book were about an adult man seducing an adolescent girl, no one would have read it. Everyone would agree the guy should be in prison. But since it's the other way around suddenly its a becoming of age story. Made me want to barf.

Excellent read that challenges on so many levels. Pretty true to the blockbuster hit movie, but provides insight into character's thoughts and emotional states that are hard to dramatize on film.
