Trapped like a hog-tied calf in a greasy spoon, champion bull rider Rich Randall had no choice but to accept the help of pretty diner waitress Samantha Jeffers to get himself, and his broken ankle, out of the one-horse-town and Wyoming. In exchange, Rich would assist the fiesty lady in her escape from the nefarious advances of her burger-slinging boss. But Rich was quick to inform Samantha there'd be no romantic strings attached to their bargain-and she was quick to laugh in his face! Which soon had the playboy wrangler wondering why she was immune to his legendary Randall chamr, and eager to change her mind..any way he could!

enjoyed the story of Rich and Samantha. Although Samantha was a bit too stubborn for my taste. I felt the point was hammered in to our heads a bit on the strong side.
It was neat to see the older generation of Randalls and read how their lives have gone as they raised their children.

My chief complaint is that the twins Rich and Russ were named something else, starting with the letter "N", in the books about their parents and uncles. Hmm. Did Ms. Christenberry forget what she names them originally? A minor slip, IMHO.

At any rate I did enjoy the book and would like to read the stories about Toby and Griffin. I can't find them on the used book market but will keep an eye out.
