Ingredients
butter 2-3 tbsp
4 large potatoes
1 pkg ranch dressing mix
Wash potatoes and cut into bite size cubes. Melt butter on cookie sheet. Spread cut potatoes on cookie sheet and sprinkle with dry ranch dressing mix. Bake in oven for 30-45 minutes til potatoes are done. Great with chicken and a green veggie.
