Hey this was really good! Picked it up on a whim and then read til the wee small hours. I halfway thought at first the book was a follow-on to some of the authors' novels about early human prehistory, but no--it was a contemporary mystery/adventure tale.

A new twist from these authors and a good read!
Too weird formy tastes.
As with all their books...intense, suspenseful, enjoyable reading.
What a good read this was! Abel is a unique little boy whose existence seems to pose a threat to a number of people. The plot introduces us to a diverse group of characters and the authors lead the reader to an understanding of the world of anthropology that keeps the pages turning. No dull textbook this, the story grabs readers makes them part of the events as they transpire.
Fabulous story - Robin Cook lovers will find this right up their alley.

This was a great read.
scientist runs away because people are killing them because they cloned a neandithal...just stupid..blaming it on religious right..Hated this book
