Rafferty is hired to track down the vicious motorcycle thugs who turned pretty university student Vivian Mallison's sociological study into a study in terror. Vivian's wealthy father wants the thugs murdered. Sorry, Rafferty has a rule against killing for hire. But he doesn't mind stirring up a little trouble among the bikers who brutalized an innocent girl.
