My least favorite Rachel Ray cook book ever. Out of this whole book there only about 3 recipes I would try. For me and my family the recipes are just too "fancy" I suppose so others might love it. Not many "simple" recipes.

I've only tried 2 recipes so far, but both have been a hit in our family! I have picky eaters, so that's hugely helpful. Also, because I have 2 step daughters who are not with us every night, I needed a cook book that had meals that ranged from 2-8 people. I do have to admit though that the ingredients are not always simple, so be prepared to go somewhere other than Wal-Mart. She does satisfy my inner foodie while feeding a more "meat and potato" family.

This is a great idea! Tho there are some recipes that aren't of my liking, but who likes eveyrhting right?
