I enjoy using Robin Miller's book of Quick Fix meals. I find her organizational type of cooking makes mealtime easy and stress free. I would recommend her books if you are the type of person who has "everyday" spices and food in your kitchen.

I had come across a copy of this book at my local library and checked it out some time ago. So when I saw it listed on PBS, I ordered it. Recipes are easy to follow and tasty, though I am NEVER able to prepare a meal as quickly as they say it should come together in one of these "quick fix" cookbooks!
