There are many ways to cook potatoes, and this intro includes some helpful tips I wasn't aware of. There was a problem with Recipe Twenty. The photo shows (long-way) sliced potatoes, but the recipe calls for the potatoes to be mashed. The photos might or might not illustrate the recipe it accompanies. There is no nutritional information, but the images are great.
