As the father of a teen and a pre-teen girl, I was shocked and blown over by the fierce world my girls had suddenly stepped into. With the help of this book, I feel like I'm going from helpless victim to nominal expert on the intense and often vicious relationships awaiting my darlings with their peers, all desperately and very messily figuring out how to grow up in this society.
Enjoyable reading and marvelously informative.

This is a terrific book for anyone with a daughter. It provides a plethora of information about "girl dynamics" that most mothers know, but have forgotten. I think that every mother or father with a girl should read this book

This book helped me navigate the messy waters of high school that my teenage daughter is currently swimming through. Gave me insight and perspective about her experience and tools to engage in productive dialogue with her about those experiences.
