An amazing book. I'm lucky enough to own a yellowed, crumbling-apart copy from 1967.
Even if you are not a teacher or homeschooler, this book is tremendously inspirational as it follows Cullum's bold and innovative experiments in hands on learning and holistic teaching methods while working within the infamously dull and conservative world of the 1950's-1960's public school system.
I cannot recommend it enough!
