I have read quite a few Sylvia books and I enjoyed stories I haven't read before about Sylvia's personal life, including lots of pics and chapters of Ghost Stories, Spirit readings, making the mind-body connection, experiences with Montel, more history on Novus Spiritus and channeling.
A must read for any Sylvia fan.

good book! quick read too. she talks about old stuff from her other books and some new stuff too. i just love how she "talks" to you-just like over a cup of coffee and dish!

Yes, this is a quick read, but a lot of info in it. Even though she is psychic, she has had more than her share of bumps and bruises in her life, but that hasn't stopped her at all. She feels like an old friend and I just love her!!! Her observations about the Other Side has helped me to look forward to going there when it is my time. She sure has helped a lot of people during her life. If you haven't read any of her books, this is a good one to start with.
