A nice collection of paraphrases of the Psalms. This book is a classic. It was written in a time when the LCMS (Lutheran Church Missouri Synod) was a little less rigid than it is now. Leslie Brandt has a flowing poetic style of writing. A very useful book in prayers and devotions.
