I really enjoyed this book,a good addition to one of my favorite shifter series, I even like the vampires. Nic and Sassy are Tiguri - tiger shifters, a rare breed that is feared by most of the Others.
I laughed at Nicholas's confusion when all his preconceived notions of how his mating with the arranged engagement to Sassy do not go as planned. She has been groomed for this position since birth but she also has her own expectations and they definitely do not align with Nic's.
Add in the attempted murder of the Council leader with Nic as the prime suspect and the appearance of Other shifters from previous books and things got very interesting. The ending was a little rushed but the epilogue tied everything up nicely. Definitely one for the keeper shelf.

This is one of the best books in the series it brought in new charecters but kept the old ones involved just enough she has done a terrific job and even let you have a great ending in the epilouge nothing was left out I loved this book finished it in 2 days!
