This book is more an advertisement for "The Shining Ones" (and not the David Eddings book)than anything else. While at the end the author makes their views knows, this book is mostly shallow attempts at looking at what may be facts objectively, and not really accepting some possibilities while looking at others. The book also could have used an editor, there are a few misspellings and typos, the kind that a proofreader would catch but a spellchecker on a PC would not. The fit of the words to the page also seems to leave very little to the margins, and this actually makes some of the reading rather awkward. It also seems he can not go more than 5 pages without mentioning his other book once he mentions he has the other book. It seems sources for his facts are lacking, though it can easily be seen in the book that some research has been done, this feels more like a early draft than a final product.
