A neurosurgeon's well-written first-person account of his near-death experience, This book changed me. I understand the power, unconditional love, and limitless happiness that God wants us to have better than ever now. This is a short book, but not necessarily an easy read. It is hard to comprehend with our brains that try so hard to keep everything in small manageable boxes just how big God's universe really is and what it truly means to each and every once of us, whether we choose to accept it or not. Also, this is written by a person who understands the intricacies of the brain like few others. A bit of the book is heady and richly detailed in medical terms and jargon. However, for the most part this book will help you see Heaven as you've possibly never thought about it before. I'll be thinking about this one for a very long time.

I have a lot of these type books and I did not like this book. I work in the medical field and understood everything he was explaining, but some of his language was not suited to the non medical person. I would not recommend this book. There are much better books out there than this one.
