Futuristic romance from Samhain Publishing. Wealthy heiress Kira Farseaker is a traitor to her government. She is sheltering Shifters, who are considered dangerous by the government, and are terminated, if captured. Her ex is the man whose job it is to locate the Shifters. He's chasing Kira, and trying to build a case against her. Along comes David Cairo, employed by her husband. Instant attraction. But can Kira trust him with knowledge of those she is committed to save? Can David set aside everything the government has said about the species? Should Kira trust him, or kill him? The beginning feels a little rushed, the romance is sweet, the sex scenes, spicy. This book is better that alot of futuristics. Better than fair.
I loved this book! Wonderful scifi romance set entirely on another planet. It was awesome. Just so you know, its not erotica.
