I suppose a lot of work went into creating this book, but it is not one I can recommend. I was given to me as a reference book for an Earned Value Management course I took at work. It is OK as free books go. It has certainly been professionally produced and edited, but I have had no reason to refer to it since I took the EVM class over a year ago. The book contains 243 pages of definitions for project management terms, but one or more of the definitions on each page point to another definition (e.g. the definition for project resources is "see resources"). I think you'd be better off buying a good project management textbook that has a decent glossary.
