I liked this book. I have read where others didn't like the multiple story lines and the fact that they didn't tie into one another but this is about a large Private Investigation firm and as with a firm of this size there would be many cases going on simultaneously. It would stand to reason that the cases would not be related. It is just a book about a variety of cases and how they are solved - fiction, not real. I love the Private gang and how they will stop at nothing to solve their cases. It is fast paced and if you have liked the other Private books as I have you will like this installment as well.

I enjoyed this very much. The ending was fantastic. As usual I will be waiting on pins and needles for the next installment!

do like the Private series and Jack Morgan. He is an interesting character and seems to get involved in all sorts of things. However, I couldn't get into the movie star plot, (one thought of Brad and Angelina), but these were not very moral people and I didn't care what happened, why they were kidnapped or if they were alive or not!

I liked the story of " No Prisoners" and was on the edge of my seat until they finally got him after he terrorized LA!

I also liked the sad fact that Jack's twin brother is out to ruin him! I guess the solution to that is in a sequel.

Typical Patterson fare, but I like this series overall, and more than some of Patterson's other co-written books. It appears that Mark Sullivan might be a cut above Patterson's other co-writers. This is an enjoyable and quick read.
